Combine it with the recent $50 off $350 spend via Amex. And it's now $498.

Actually only $450 if you manage to split transaction and add a $2 item into the total purchase

      • Even better!

If you can find an additional $2 item (or just stack on the installation costs), you can take advantage of the current Amex Harvey Norman offer which is spend $350, get $50 back.

Depending on what you get, if you have a few Amex cards you can save an additional $100 to $150.

  • If only it had Wifi :(

  • Pretty good deal! I have amex card so it ended up $498!!!

    Thanks!

    • Serious question, if you pay by bankwest CC, you get an additional year of warranty. Is that worth $50?

      • Amex also gives me additional 1 yr warranty :)

        • Only if the original warranty is less than 5years. Fujitsu warranty is 5 years, so the AMEX +1 year warranty is not valid.

        • @salekhard: you're right, same with bankwest, no extra warranty if 5 years, so definitely go with AMEX $50 credit back for $350 spend.

  • Just had it installed in our master bedroom and it goes great. Also had a 8.5 and 3.5 and can't fault the Fujitsus thus far.. Awesome price.

    • May I ask how much did you pay for the installation? Just want to have an idea on how much to spend. Thanks

      • You may.

        • Would expect ~$500 for single storey and ~$750 for double

  • I think thats a small one yeah?
I was just looking at my sisters heat pump and its heat is 5.8 kw and cold 5.3kw

Did you spot how much the 8.5kw was?

    • This one is more for a bedroom size.

    • 8.5 kw will be 2k plus.

  • If you need 2, can you buy 1, then use then use the $150 Visa to purchase the second one?

  • Who installs them? Harvey Norman or hire someone yourself?

    • What about if I want to personally hire a guy called Harvey Norman?

  • I have two questions…

How loud is this? I found in the specs that it's 40dbA and that's quite loud for a bedroom but is that the same for all fan settings.

What's the minimum temperature I can set the heating to? On reading the manual I found that it's operating temperature is 16-30 degrees C and that (16) is a bit warm for the bedroom. I am looking to set it to 14 degrees as that for me is a comfortable minimum sleeping temperature. It seems to have a 10 degree setting but that's just slightly too cold.

    • 14c is freezing for a bedroom.

Maribyrnong store is doing a free upgrade to WIFI model. The sales person said they are low on stock for the standard model. I just picked on up.

  • What's the normal price for this?
