I killed my iPhone - where can I get a 32Gb iPhone 4 unlocked at a good price? Does Myer sell them outright and unlocked as I have Myer Vouchers.
I Killed My iPhone - Where Can I Get a 32gb iPhone 4 Unlocked at a Good Price? Does Myer Sell Them?

Mate, wait. You dont want an iphone now.. the new one will be out in less than 6 months.
My suggestion to you is to take it into the Apple store - they will offer you a refurbished phone for $249 of the exact same model. It is basically a brand new phone because the screen, bezel and back casing are all brand new. Keep that for 6 months then sell it and get iPhone 5.
BTW Myer does not sell iPhones. You can only buy them from Apple store or phone stores. JB sells them but only on a Telstra contract.
is that just a refurbished iphone for $249 or do u need to trade in the non working one?
You need to give them the broken one and pay $249. They send your one off to Apple to salvage working parts.
NetPlus, I don't think Myer sells iPhone 4. In fact, I've not seen one available for outright purchase at any department stores in WA.
You may find them at a local phone shop (three, vodafone, fonezone, telstra shop, etc), but those are normally network branded and are sold at RRP or higher if they're outright. Most of them are locked to the specific networks as well. And some providers even charge you extra to unlock it (yes, even if it's purchased outright).
You can find them them a little bit cheaper online, especially on auction sites, but there are risks with these purchases as with any other online shopping.
IMHO, get it from Apple store directly in Hay St. They have excellent after sales service, not branded to any network, and they're sold unlocked.
Thanks all who replied. It looks like there's a chance I may be able to resurrect it. Otherwise, I'll get the refurbished one.
pretty sure they do. I was in myer hornsby today and i think i saw some on the bottom shelf…. they could be touches….
EDIT : pauly says no, they must have been touches.
