Firstly, 5 stars for customer service.
There was some sort of mixup with my delivery, (seemingly from the courier's end rather than Thr1ve's) But Thr1ve handled it excellently. I sent them a message from the webpage on a Sunday evening, within 5 minutes I'd had a response telling me they were looking into it, then shortly after one telling me they'd found where the problem was, and offering me multiple options on how I wished to proceed. I chose to just get a fresh delivery the next weekend. They kept me well updated, and let me know what was going on all throughout the process, and sure enough, the order was there on Sunday
On the food.
I found the spiced cauliflower quite tasty, and the jerk chicken was pretty good surprisingly tender considering the microwave treatment, but you probably want some sort of side with it.
Still more meals to try, but so far quite happy.
