    Don't be fooled by the Ultra branding, these are slow. Writes around 30MB/s, reads 130MB/s on the 2 I have.

      Ultra is their budget line, but 30MB write and 130MB read is nothing to sneeze at. Seems pretty good for most purpose.

    Anything from PC byte and Futu is generally too good to be true, researched, these are not good.

    ive got one of these, and its pretty slow speed on all computers ive used it on.
    Nowhere near what they advertise speed.

      Yeah these aren't the fast on the writes. Now if you go for the Extreme model then that's fast. The price for the Extreme also reflects the extra speed.

    Have one of these - good enough for getting documents from one computer to another but don't expect to transfer your entire photo/music library in a jiffy

    I would recommend getting 64GB version. Better price point per GB and much better performance. With most usb drives, if you go with higher capacity, performance will be better due to the way they are made
