    Wow that is one fugly toaster.

    • This is one of those cases where I would pick function over form.
      Ugly toaster != ugly toast.

    Is it just me, but I can't see any copper in that…

      It's just you. I see copper in the electrical power cords.

        If you can see the copper, that's not a good sign for a new toaster…

          Don't worry, I've x-ray vision.

  • I'm in the market for a new toaster. The price is about right, aside from the looks, any reason not to purchase?

    cuz the brand is shit? there's a reason this crap is cheap.

    • not sure why you were negged, you're 100% correct.

      • cuz I'm being site stalked….again

  • I agree…Russell Hobbs is a shit brand. Poor quality.

    Currently have a Russell Hobbs toaster where one toast holder (the bit that raises and lowers inside and holds the bread) jams on one side, meaning it now won't pop itself up. Resulting in the toaster staying jammed on and burning.

    You have to stand at the toaster and force the lever up….

    • big W replaced mine with a diff colour

  • QV store:

    No more copper kettle and only 1 toaster on display (no box noted)

    There's also no mention of copper ones are cheaper.
    There are a few of the charcoal ones at $49 each.

  • Got the kettle, hope its not as bad as the reviews
