Are the white ones rare? 50/60 for a used controller sounds high. I might be wrong though.
Not rare, the resale on the controllers is just high for some reason. Put it on Facebook Marketplace for $60 last night, had 8 enquiries by midday today, and sold it for the asking price as soon as I got home from work. Its crazy!

To add to this. You can use a micro USB (i.e android phone charger cable) to plug it into the USB slot of a PC, and use it as a wired controller. I do this with all my Xbox One controllers :)
To add even more to this, there's a little picture guide on this page which shows you how to easily tell if any XB1 controller has Bluetooth, and this controller of course shows by its design that it has Bluetooth.

Stupid question perhaps, but would this also connect to the traditional xbox receiver, which I connect all my other xbox controllers to my pc through?
If your current Xbox controllers are XB1-compatible, then yes.

It looks like it. To my understanding, the older models have a "seam" at the top where the 'xbox' button is (or there are separate materials) - the newer one's don't have this.

For those who have both a PS4 and an XBOne, which controller do they prefer? I really like the ergonomics of the DS4 controller over my 360 controller.
Much prefer my XB1 controller over my brothers PS4 controller. PS4 controller feels too small, I can get a really good grip on the XB1 controller and it feels sturdy.
I've got small hands, so the DS4 is like the perfect size. The XB1 is significantly larger?
You don’t need big hands to enjoy the Xbox One controller. It’s ergonomic regardless and definitely the best on the market. The majority of people would agree if they had to give an honest opinion.
Honestly they're about equal. PS4 is a bit comfier to hold, Xbox has a better stick layout.
I swear the battery on the Xbone lasts way longer but I don't have any stats to back that up.

Yes, AA. I use eneloop batteries.
Agreed, they're about the same size but the XB1 controller seems to maybe be a bit "thicker"? Not too sure how to explain it. Lol

Prefer the XB1 controller, but the use of batteries can be a little bit annoying. I use eneloop batteries. I thought I would like the PS4 controller better initially, but when playing for a long period of time, the XB1 controller just feels better. Having the two analogue sticks further apart is better (for me).
I do find the Xbox home button on the controller not as responsive as the PS button on the PS4 controller though. I think it is more of a software / OS issue.
The use of AA is actually a blessing in disguise. Better longevity with replaceable batteries. Eneloops are your friend.
I'm the direct opposite to you… I prefer the ps4 controller… Just wished I can use my Eneloops with them…
Ergonomics PS4, triggers Xbone, analogs Xbone, dpad and face buttons PS4. I like them both but if I absolutely had to pick one it'd be the PS4 controller.
Mostly because I am a lousy player so I blame the controller and the lousy camera angle in games like Shadow of Colossus (hard mode time attack - so many times Wander and Agro didn't do what I wanted them to do) - I wanted to throw the DS4 (DualShock4) to the wall. Also, I cannot stand the motion sensor method in GT Sport. Not a fan of the mono speaker either.
Doesn't surprise me that normal (better) gamers prefer DS4 over XB1 controller. Even though I think DS4 design is better, I cannot figure out why my hands don't feel fatigue using XB1 controller but I do using DS4 when playing game(s) for a long time.

Just sayin that it ticks every conceivable box and is a very good deal is all.
Unlike prior offers of "near new" and/or shipped from 2nd tier retailers from overseas, this is about as good as it gets for a genuine XB1 controller. I don't actually recall it being any cheaper than this, especially for a non black/white coloured one.

Yeah, cannot believe MS Australia still have hundreds of them (if not 1000+) in stock. Just hope MS Australia send them out quickly.
It includes a unique Gears of War 4 multiplayer lobby banner and three Gears packs for special in-game items. It was initially released around the same time as Gears 4, Gears of War fans could have wanted those goodies. I doubt I will play Gears of War 4 again anytime soon though. I just want a cheap XB1 controller.
