i need to replace my xbox one s … repair is $150 so was looking for one of those $250 deals and score extra controller.
i had a talk to the guy at eb about this deal and he said the downside was there was no new exclusive titles for them to bundle hence older games in this deal but what is nice is that it is 1 TB …. nice not great or exciting .

Your xbox one s isn't under warranty anymore.? I thought it had a 2 year warranty.

No easy 24 month, go to the xbox website and log a service , they will make you register it and tell you what warranty period is left.
The xbox one s came out in August 2016 , so should still have warranty.Once a service is registered they will give you a lable and u run down to the post office with JUST the Xbox on s and hand it to the Post office, they will ship for you.

Thats because Xbox has no exclusives, Sea of Thieves was the first one since 2014 from memory and now State of Decay 2.
Looking for a One S myself but will wait till the holiday seasons, these games are mehh at best…
Halo The Master Chief Collection is essentially four games as it is. Halo 1, 2, 3 and 4. So it's more like you would be getting 6 games if you count that.
I'd value these "3" games as less than one new release though. You can get them for $20 each easily.
You're not wrong, but if you're looking at them individually, then you could also say this bundle is only 2 current gen games, and 2 360 and 2 OG games.
And also to add onto that, if you had the games on Xbox 360 Halo 3, ODST (add on to mcc), and 4 Would be backwards compatible
Imho better to get a $250 Xbox One S 500gb and buy a 8TH portable Seagate drive from Amazon for like $250 AUD delivered.
Don't need to worry about storage for some time.
I value these games at maybe $20 each max. This bundle values them at like $33 each max so it's ultimately up to you if you just want a 1TB for like $50 more and just be done with it.

Your choice on speed and performance.. personally I can wait it's only a few more extra seconds for a trade off of a many times over improvement on storage capacity.
I prefer to hoard rather than one expensive performance quality.. ymmv to each their own potato.
