just for the heads up, do turn off the auto-renewal subscription button ASAP. Asking for the chargeback takes 90-120 for approval after BitDefender approves the refund then you have to deal with Avangate, their payment platform. It has been more than 6 months, I have not get my money back into my paypal account.
