  I have these and Metcon 3s, both great shoes with solid soles but I probably slightly prefer th Metcons as they’re a bit lower profile. These Nanos are a little wide so good if you have wide feet. Guess it all depends on your needs and wants though.

  both are good. Metcon probably better for heavy lifts. Nano are better for burpees and box jumps etc.. IMO
