As above, looking for a Mifi Australian purchased lightning cable. I don't really have weeks to wait for one to ship from overseas. I'm surprised to see most of the local retailers have them for $40 which seems absurd. I'd prefer a longer 2 meter one were possible.
I hear Anker are the best of the official brands, but the pricing seems very high. I'm not super keen to spend that much on what is a basic USB cable.
Is there any particular ebay that does legitimate official stock? The problem with this stuff is there is a lot of fakes on there.
The cables I've owned in past keep fraying at the the lightning port end. Something a bit reinforced there would be nice.
Banggood also stock the Blitzwolf cables in their Aussie warehouse. Took about 3 days for delivery when I got one.
Anker are definitely the best I've used. This would be followed BlitzWolf and you can find local stock of both.
Are the Blitzwolf ones comparable to Anker quality?
I don't really like buying cheap lightning brands to power a $1000 phone. Seems to defeat the point.
I have yet to have either fail me but before I switched to android I had been using the same Anker braided lightning cable for a few years without any issue.
Go to Kmart & grab theirs for like $10… they have 12month warranty so keep ya receipt and if it stops working take it back in for a new one.
I’ve had 3 blitzwolf cables stop working now (purchased from official store on AliExpress). Communication for RMA was too painful so I gave up & just wore the loss…
Buy a Blitzwolf, awesome strong cables. I think there around $20 for 1.8m on eBay (for local stock). They are MFi certified.
