DJs is having a 180 yr b'day promotion. Spend over $250 and you get a $60 DJ's gift card. Checked the website and it does include Apple products.
Unfortunately means you have to buy something from DJs and the $60 gift card is only good for one month.

That being said means if you have any DJ Amex offers or have an RACQ membership or entertainment book you can get the Apple Ipad 2018 6th Gen for a good price.

I was already able to able to get the price matched in store to OW $457 then used $450 of entertainment book GC which had cost me $405 and paid $7 difference. The total being $412 using a deal from another ozbargain that I saw a month or so ago.

However, with the current deal you can probably match that and then also get a $60 DJs GC on top. WIN!!!!

      you can use 5 GC online. In store i'm unsure if there is a limit. I have 5 and used in store no problem.

    I don’t think you can price match and still get the $60 giftcard.

    If you get the $60 giftcard, buy another $60 card and pay with your one. This will extend the expiry to 3 years.

      It depends what you do with it. My iPad only has 16GB, and I've never had a problem with storage. But I mostly just use it for reading magazines and newspapers, and for checking email.

        My phone is 16gb and it fills up every month with videos of kids but other than that it would only use about 10gb - base OS and a bunch of apps. Music is streamed.

          Google photos, puts all your videos and photos on the cloud and then you can "free up space" on the ipad itself
          and never lose a video or photo … or pay up $ and get the 128gb ipad

    I just called a DJ store and the store rep said that iPad is not eligible for receiving $60 gift card since it's not falling under electrical. He also said Apple always sells at rrp pricing and never goes for any offers like such.

    Can someone confirm if this is true or false?

      Refer to this page. All products sold by DJ should be under this policy except for their own brands (as you can't find the identical products anywhere else but them).
