Got email from them, when asked about what is going on…
"Unfortunately, your order "SmoothQ Jet Black Gimbal for Smartphones" is on backorder, which means that we do not have stock available for the item you’ve ordered.

Received mine today…in a giant box. Works well though….just gotta figure out all the settings.
