The Kindle version of "Saga of the Urban Sorcerers - Book Two: The Reckoning of Emerald Tarragon" is free to download at the moment, down from $2.99. The first book in the saga, "Barker Moon" was free in January, but looks to be available for 99c US. I'm not sure when the deal ends.
