Turns out this is $10 cheaper than the cheapest on staticice so it's not bad.
Pretty good price, not even logitechshop could even discount their price on it on the latest thread(despite many users requesting it)

It is actually a bargain because compared to anywhere else, it's quite a bit cheaper. And chances are I'll be picking one up after work tomorrow.

the solar keyboard is cheap for a reason, cos nobody buys it, hence it was discounted on LTS and not this one, as its quite popular.
I can understand selling wireless mice by themselves… for laptops etc… but a wireless keyboard with no bundled mouse ??

That keyboard uses Logitech's "Unifying adapter". Only one dongle is required - of course you need a matching Logitech mouse (but many people would already have one - the more modern Logitech products all use this system)
Using BT would be even more unifying.
I usually have 3-4 things connected via USB but I still have quite a few more spare ports.
ooh like! I will wait till this thing comes down in price though (and my logitech wired illuminated keyboard has ghosting problems far worse than even cheap ps/2 keyboards -not good for FPS)

only, after reading the reviews, I'm giving it a miss.
seems the battery life is appauling and I don't really want to deal with my keyboard that often (3 days with heavy use?)think I'll try the wired version
(this keyboard, or wired version at least, is out at officeworks in milton so you can have a go at it… i assume that store just missed being flooded.)
p.s. I'm thinking of one or two years time when the battery is wearing out.. and it needs to stay plugged in most of the time.
p.p.s It seems the battery is replaceable AA NiMH.. so maybe my above concern is not so important.
Just here to let everyone know that this keyboard is really really good. Have had it for about 1.5 years and have had NO problems with it. I got mine for $50 from the states from an ebay store that has since closed down.
EDIT: Didn't read the wireless part. I was commenting on the wired version.

why ?? if u can get it cheaper from logitechshop I don't think this is a good price. Also I have the right to vote positive or negative, just because u don't share my view, it doesn't mean u have to disqualify my vote.
