There's also the Tertiary Card for those that qualify - $30 for students / $55 for full-time academic staff. It does not go the whole year (end of Feb to end of Nov) and requires you to collect it 5 days/week with delivery provided on weekends.
Assuming you get the paper 7 days per week, it's $0.11 per paper (278 papers total).
If you choose to not bother collecting them every weekday and just care about receiving the delivered weekend papers, it's $0.38 per paper (78 papers total).
