      Actually the drop down list interferes with Chrome autofill, so I like it that they don't have a drop down list for State.

      You can just say “insecure”, not sure why you’re puffing it up.

      Encryption isn’t really mandatory for name and address, especially since this is a completely optional form. Most people have their name and address in the phonebook and for those that want privacy… well don’t be putting your details on some random website, encrypted or not.

          For a simple website that has no data input fields, HTTP isn't mandatory. Yes, ISP and other people in the middle can see your GET requests (like which URL you're visiting) but it is unlikely they contain any sensitive data.

          Of course HTTPS is preferred for even the most basic of websites, especially with free options like Lets Encrypt out there, but in no way is it mandatory for a simple web page.

          Naleon should be using it (and enforcing / redirecting HTTP to HTTPS) as they are hosting forms for data and so on.

    I wouldn't count on getting one of these unless you're one of the first in on the deal, just can't see them sending out over $100,000 worth of stock plus postage and packaging costs and wages for staff.
