The other week I took advantage of a cheap Lego star wars set x2. I used the first time promo ($20 off $70 spend) plus they had an additional 20% off star wars. Order went through OK, and I received the tracking number. (Courier fastway). Amazon tracking said it was due for delivery Tuesday. Waited all day Tuesday and Wednesday. Contacted Amazon Wednesday evening but because fastway was closed for the day they said they would chase it up Thursday (today). Tonight I received an email saying my parcel was lost and they will refund my money and place a $10 credit on my account. I've checked there website and they are still selling the Lego set I purchased but for double the $$(same seller) I have asked them to reissue my order. (It was for a birthday present, which happened to be today). Anyone else had issues with Amazon.com.au??
Edited to say "Amazon have been amazing, they have told me to repurchase my order and they will change the price at there end to match the promotion price. They have also given me free priority shipping. I will need to either refuse the first delivery, send it back or purchase it if it reappears". Very happy 😃
Another update Original parcel was found it went on a scenic tour of Australia I will be sending it back to Amazon.
How’s that Amazon’s issue? The courier lost it, they refunded you and added $10 on top.
