      They just payout to Paypal or at a higher rate for gift cards (e.g. Amazon US 1%). I've only ever had a payout to AmEx as they were offering a bigger return (3% bonus). It got sent to a relatives house in the US and relatives just sent me a pic of the card in which I used for Amazon US purchase…which then went full circle when I buy them gifts for Christmas/birthdays. :)

  I use cash rewards . Com. Au not as much as above. Have nz address. Get paid aud into my paypal.
