I have been trying to contact scoopon in any possible way and it seems like they just ignore emails, facebook messages (discussion board). I asked a question 3 days ago on facebook forum and then they just removed my message. i posted again but no reply. is there any other way to contact them?? I bought a scoopon, i already booked it with the hotel but need to bring the voucher with me and its only 5 days left. has anyone experienced trouble with contacting scoopon before?
its very convenient for them not to provide the phone number but soooo annoying for the customers.

I sent an email to complain about a deal a few weeks back. I got an initial response after a week saying someone would get back to me, but they never did.
