Not sure but you may be able to register just by going to http://www.schickhydro.com.au/index.html ? Not sure if they cross reference the Facebook likes with the details entered on that page or not.

razors are sort of like inkjet printers and toothbrush heads aren't they? they give away a free razor and then they sting you when you want to buy replacement blades.
T&C say they can use the details entered to basically share with any company they choose (including marketing and sample companies) for an indefinite period.
So make sure to use fake email details.Ooops - they have to deliver it to you, so guess what, they can skip the emails and go straight to your mailbox.
Yeah that's not a concern. They have to PAY to send you spam in the mail - so less companies are likely to do that when they think they have the free email option.
I saw the link, clicked it, filled up the forms and when I got back to +1 this post it jumped from 19 to 29 in 10 minutes.
So I have clicked 'Like' on their facebook page. Where do I complete my address details? Clicking the add banner 'Click to get your free sample now' just takes me to their facebook page. I click 'Like' but then what?
If you go and fill out the details here, what has facebook got to do with it?
They are going to check your name against the facebook profile?
If you are smart about it, maybe you could just look at their facebook page and put your name as somebody who has already liked it?

btw anyone have experience with these blades? how are they compared to the Quattro?whats with that wire infront of the blades on the quattro??
i prefer the sensor excel. nice and small. cuts just as smooth as fusion but cheaper and less irritation
The tiny vertical wires in front of the blades are to help prevent shaving cuts.
They do a pretty good job without noticably reducing the quality of the shave. I use the Quattro as it means no cuts on the more uneven areas like around the chin and throat - even when in a rush and pressing reasonably hard.
Cos bleeding neck + shirt and tie = fail
yeh, got one off a rep at Xmas. they are excellent, zero irritation, extremely close shave, you can get refill cartidges with either 3 or 5 blades.
I used the Hydro 3 when I was in the US and really liked it. Not sure about 5 blades, haven't used that.
BTW. Terry White Chemists have the blades (5 and 3) for a couple of dollars off, if you want to stock up.

The more products I try….the more convinced I become that our grandfathers had it right with the old double edge 'safety razors' or even the old 'cut throats'.

I remember when the two-bladers came out…."the first blade shaves you close….the second, even closer". I could believe that…..but the third, fourth and fifth are surely not doing anything at all….other than costing more…
I am also using Gillette Mac3 turbo and love them. I dont think, I need another extra blades to do the job. for making it use like more blades one, use it twice or thrice ;)
but yea, I miss the old safety razors. They did the same job and you miss the times making foam with natural hair brushes and shaving creams.
I still make foam with a brush and I effin love it!
i think the double is better than single. 5 is just ridiculous.
I've found that the more blades they have the harder they are to rinse clean and they don't nearly last as long as the ol' 1st generation ones!
