Just wondering if anyone else where bought an ASUS router around XMAS and made a claim under this ASUS promotion but haven't received any cash card nor correspondence from ASUS?
I'm still waiting and it's been like 4 months =/

I emailed then and they said they're looking into it
email them.. there was an issue (that asus claimed), they "required further verification".. which was BS as I just resent the same email to them and it was confirmed as accepted

I received mine from a router purchase.
I've emailed them multiple times and they've said they've sent it and it's on the way, but I haven't received it yet. I also messaged their FB PR team, and they also assured me I would receive it in 10 business days, yet it's been 2 and a half weeks. Anyone got any ideas on what I can do or should do?
