    From reading that post it seems that price was a random JBHiFI and other JB stores wouldn't match it - at least this is available to everyone and includes some pretty speedy Telstra delivery ;) Still would have been happy being one of the lucky ones picking it up for that price…

How much of an upgrade is the series 3 over the series 2? Doesn’t look like you are missing out on much with the S2.

  Bugger all really given the large price difference. After a fair amount of research and sifting through apple babble the S2 is much better value, particularly if you forget about apple care and accept that a watch will get scratched. Full bezel screen protectors offer some protection and cost $20.
