      Steak mostly. I work at home, so a nice steak for lunch is easy. But I've done ribs a couple of times, pork chops, yogurt, herb potatoes.

  I use mine for corn cobs, lemon curd and corned beef. My steaks have been less of a success. They may have been too thin.

    I have found that with a thick steak it works fine. ribs and cheap cuts of meat also come out a lot better than I expected

      My steaks probably aren’t thick enough. I did 48 hours beef short ribs, they were tender but the meat was too fatty.
