The Chemist Warehouse website is showing 1/2 price RRP most Sukin products. This offer isn't featured in the latest catalogue that came out today so I'm not sure how long it will last.

The Sukin brand has been increasing in popularity in recent years for their reasonably priced and good quality products. Products are:

Australian made with ingredients that are naturally derived, cruelty free and vegan. All formulations are 100% Carbon Neutral, biodegradable and grey water safe.

  • NO PETROLATUM / MINERAL OILS
  • NO SYNTHETIC FRAGRANCES
  • NO ANIMAL DERIVATIVES
  • NO ARTIFICIAL COLOUR
  • NO HARSH DETERGENTS
  • NO PROPYLENE GLYCOL
  • NO MEA/DEA/TEA
  • NO PHTHALATES
  • NO TRICLOSAN
  • NO SULPHATES
  • NO PARABENS
  • NO SILICONES
  • NO EDTA

I'm currently only using their DermaSukin cleanser which I can highly recommend, but sadly that is hardly ever on sale. For ideas on what to get, check out reviews on Beauty Heaven

  • This brand is half price fairly regularly but it is a good deal regardless. Thanks!

I’ve been loving their matte moisturizer. My face gets fairly oily and for some reason it’s been difficult to find a decent matte moisturizer for men.

    • Link please?

        Yep linked below by moocher

        • Cool, thanks. Always glad to hear good reports of products.

        • Cool, thanks man

    • Oddly enough this one gave me heaps of breakouts on my chin and the drier areas of my face.

      • Hmm strange, perhaps your skin doesn’t agree with one of the ingredients

I wonder if the dermasukin lotion might work better for you.

Thanks, went and got some from chemist warehouse, though the dermasukin range is not on sale. $13 for 500ml is still a great price though.

        • @dfk367: I really hope the product works well for you, do keep me posted. Yeah DermaSukin is hardly ever on sale. (I mentioned in the deal title that the range is excluded).

@moocher: I tried it last night and it absorbed into my skin without any problems!
The first time I used the Oil Balancing Mattifying moisturiser (linked above), I felt this slight burning sensation which I thought was the "mattifying" effect. It turns out my skin was reacting to one of the ingredients in the cream which lead to the acne outbreak.
If you compare the ingredient list between these two creams, the dermasukin one has much less stuff in it and thus the likelihood of an allergic reaction is much lower.

        • @dfk367: That's really promising, I hope it continues to go well long term :) Yes you're right, the DermaSukin range is usually safer as the formula is simpler. Thanks for the product feedback.

I haven't tried the lotion, only the Dermasukin cleansers, both the ones for normal skin and for oily and both have been very gentle but effective. They have a little bit of foam.

  • Their shampoo are too bad

Love Sukin! Their night moisturizer and rose day cream are my favs.
Body wash (coconut/lime) too, though half the time their body washes make me red and itchy…

Really enjoying their sensitive range. I use the sensitive cleansing gel, sensitive facial moisturiser and sensitive calming night cream.

The first two are not bad size for travel too.

    • I have used the sensitive cleansing gel, and perhaps it is my skin type but I preferred the Dermasukin cleansers for normal skin and for oily which seem to clean more effectively for me, possibly because they foam up a little bit. They also make a hydrating one for dry skin. All three are suitable for sensitive skin. They come in bigger bottles which is better value for money, but not as good for travelling :)

      About Dermasukin:

DermaSukin has been laboratory tested and Dermatologist Certified as non-irritating and non-sensitizing on the skin, ensuring they are suitable and safe for use on your dry, itchy and problem skin. Note that they are fragrance free, and very different in consistency to the Sukin products as they are targeted towards problematic and condition-prone skin.

      • Thanks, will give these a try, they sound good. Do they have any fragrance? I prefer fragrance free but hard to find.

Do you use their moisturisers as well?

        • They don't have any fragrance :) The full list of ingredients are available on their website.

I haven't used the moisturisers personally but dfk367 has :)

I can confirm that the sukin products deal is available in-store too. Thanks OP

  • Got some today from the store. I use the moisturiser, deodorant and body wash. At 1/2 they are very well priced for the products.

  • I was in store the other day and the ticket said expires 24/5 (today).
