Are the bugs ground or left whole?
Are the bugs fresh (sprinkled on) or frozen (mixed in)?
Depending on the flavour raspBerry had whole ants. It tasted good enough to eat again. Strawberry had whole worms. I couldn't get over that to try it.
Tastes like chicken
The chocolate ice cream tastes like chicken?!

Thanks for sharing this! The whole bug sprinkle, doesn't make the future of ice cream seem bright.
It looked like the bugs got to eat the ice cream before you did! Were their wings still intact?
It look like the bug was deep freeze before mixing in with the ice cream. It was the whole bug and crunchy

I am still amazed this stuff is legal.
Mine had a fly in it.
I took it back…
They should have put a declaration.
May contain traces/specimens of other insects.
Is this like eating ice cream with chunks of beef inside? Bleh.
Couldn't we have it in meat pies, sausage rolls, etc??
In fairness, there's probably worse in meat pies now anyway.
Edit: To clarify, I'm not a meat pie hater…even if I should be. Once I found a three-pronged artery/organ in one :(.
I want to know what ice cream brand they used. Its delicious. Might grab that in store and get in the garden to find some topping..
not only the bug our phone, tv and house. Now they want bug our stomach too?
If you have a crustacean shellfish allergy, you may be allergic to crickets and should not try them.
I had the Choc Hopper when they were in Canberra. It was quite good. The grasshoppers were quite dry and crispy but there was no real taste as such.
Saw them at Westfields Sydney CBD last night.
The idea didn't seem that bad, but after seeing the pics … man, thats f***ing putrid.
Whats the next hipster thing?.. dog dung on a stick?
Yum free icecream. Its bargain
