Darn it. I just tried for an online delivery but it's saying online delivery is unavailable. It must be an in store only deal.

    • Size 11-14 available for delivery and pick up.

      • After i entered my delivery post code it immediately came up saying unavailable for purchase online. It must be out of stock at the Rockhampton QLD store. And this was on that same size 11-14.

      Darn it.

      Upvote for a sock pun.

  • how much was it before?

      • mother of god, sadly its really low on stock and i really want new socks ihi

Got a few of these. As sports socks, they're probably worth between $3 and $5. They don't last a long time, but in fairness, you tend to destroy sport socks a bit more compared to normal use.

    • +2

Completely agree. I bought a bunch of these and have all been binned as develop holes and rips when you pull them on around the ankle. This makes you look like a homeless bogan at the gym. Well done bonds.

      • I never have a problem with bonds socks, and I run a lot. Their jocks on the other hand are rubbish now.

  • Weird that the price hipster price history only goes back to the start of this month.

    • They might have added recently into thier website I guess
      Prices fluctuateed this month from $10 — $6 — $13.50 and now $3

Bonds quality is awful these days…that's about all they are worth now. It's a shame as they used to be really good quality.

    • Cos 'fabrique en Chine' now.

      • +4

They do make better stuff in China, but you pay accordingly.

  • It only allowed me one single set of 3. Cannot place multiple individual orders! The L size is OOS for Newcastle.

Can only buy 1 pair with 9 dollar shipping

In stock for pickup at BIG W Top Ryde

  • size 11-14 not available online

    • yeah..its gone now.. give a try in store ..

    • Size 6-10 seems to be out of stock too. It won't let me put it to the cart. It's saying the quantity of 1 exceeds the maximum quantity available.

My big feet love a bargain. Thank you

  • There are 6 pairs of size 11-14 at the Bankstown, NSW, store as of 10 min ago.
    Unfortunately too big for me

  • There is loads at Big W Rockdale, howoever the price checker shows the price of 13.5$
Will price change to 3$ at the cash register?

    • +1

      ummmm try homie

    • Yeah.. Give a try.. It was $13.50 2 days ago.. Show them this webpage

      • They told me "online is different from in store" so they will not lower to $3…
        Was worth a try though.

        • Is it the exact same product as the picture?

        • @joshuah: Hmmm now that you mention, they look do a bit different but have completely the same names.
Looks like I had these in hand, look and are named really familiar: https://www.bigw.com.au/product/bonds-men-s-low-cut-socks-3-ā€¦

        • If it's the right socks it will automatically scan as $3 through the price check scanner.

You have been scanning socks from a newer batch with a different item number. As said below you need the socks with the stars on the cardboard.

        • @Blue Cat:

The writing Bonds on the sock is slightly different to. I bet the $3 is old stock which is being cleared.

  • Yea says 13.50 at Campsie

    • As mentioned below..

You have to find the ones with stars on the packaging like in the picture.

  • You have to find the ones with stars on the packaging like in the picture. I purchased the last 3 from the Top Ryde store tonight for $3 each. The ones without the star packaging scanned at $13.50

    • I bet that the $3 is old stock which Big W is clearing out. It's probably better socks.

    • Thanks mate.. I have updated this info in description. :)

      • According to the picture shown on the Big W web site. Here is these socks on the Bonds web site which Big W is currently selling for this $3. It's the Mens Christmas Logo 3 Pack. And as such is the reason why the stars are on the product packaging. And also the writing Bonds is different on the socks. As it has a star instead of the letter O. Is a completely different product compared to that $13.50 one and as such would have a different item number and bar code. The product code is SYQB3N. No longer actually sold by Bonds itself so it is old stock. And as i said it's probably better quality.

  • These socks are only the ones with stars on the label as pictured https://imgur.com/a/cpgfCvW

    • That doesn't appear to be exactly the same socks from what the picture show on the Big W web site?.

The word Bonds is completely different (doesn't have a star either as the letter O) and the word is also much smaller.

It also says 4 pack on the receipt but it's shown as 3 pack on the web site.

    • nice .. you got 4pk trainer socks for $3 too - RRP$16..
      cheers!!

      • +1

The 3 pack was RRP $17.95.

I would reckon the 3 pack is better quality socks than the trainers. 3 pack is sports socks.

        • yeah.. right..both are different & both are discounted to $3.. :-)

        • +1

          @Being Askhole:

Yes. As i posted above but i'll post it again. The 3 pack is actually Mens Christmas Logo Low Cut Sports Socks 3 Pack and hence those stars on the product packaging reflecting Christmas. But you know no longer sold by Bonds itself for a long time so is old stock. RRP $17.95.

          https://www.bonds.com.au/mens-christmas-logo-low-cut-sport-sā€¦

The 4 pack trainer is obviously from the same old Christmas Logo range with the same stars on the cardboard packaging.

        • @hollykryten: yeah.. thanks mate.. i have updated in the post description :)

  • Thanks. I got the last three packs of 11-14 at Big W Rockhampton QLD.

  • No luck at Big W Mt Hutton, found the packs with the stars on them but still scanned at $13.50, staff were no help and didn't have any idea about the discounted deal. Oh well, it was worth a try. Both sizes now unavailable online too.
