    me no speak español

    • I suddenly have an urge to listen to "no hablo americano"…

  • hola

  • Says "start your Group Buy to get this price"…

    • Just ignore that because the Group buy pricing has already started.

  • How do we start the groupbuy

seriously —- DJi charge one grand for these and the chinese copies can do it for 40 bucks

While I agree that DJi perhaps charge too much, this is a vastly inferior piece of kit to anything in the DJi lineup.

For example this has a max distance of 100m and no gimbal.

Absolutely fine as a toy but nothing more really.

  • It seems this unit can't hover in one location looking at the video, it's a similar issue I had with the VISUO XS809HW even after trying to tune it… Anyone know of a well-priced unit that hovers steadily?

After the initial new toy play around, what do people do with these things?

Thanks Op - been resisting the Visuo since someone commented in recent deal it was previously ~$32
First review beside yours linked is in English, says 720p NOT 1080p, and comments suggest interpolated, so 1080i if anything, though looks ok.

The Visuo review flight demo U saw looks to be less fake in it's controller claims, auto-return/land, etc, and with flips, so still torn ;/

Just be aware that there are rules about how you should fly these things and that the fines can be quite steep. That $40 drone could wind up costing you literally many thousand dollars if you don't bother getting familiar with the rules.

For starters you need to check if you're in a no fly zone (near a flightpath).

The antics on the review videos would get you in trouble for not keeping 30m horizontally from people and property.

You also can't make any money flying your drone or fly drones over a certain weight unless you get a commercial license (which is expensive, requires training and is essentially a subset of a private pilot's license).
