How good is AMD A10-9620P compared to i5 8250U?

Because you can get this for the same price, and that's their normal price, not $400 off.

Rest of the specs are otherwise the same (AMD 530 GPU vs Intel 620).

  Worse CPU, better GPU, quoted battery life looks the same but dedicated GPU will drain the battery. Not a deal for $799 with the other crappy features.
