The first step is admitting you have a problem. Unfortunately, your posting contains three possible problems, and I'm not sure which one you want help with.

Same here. I get anxiety if there's is 100 positives for a deal and I don't purchase it. I get big time FOMO. Ozbargain is ruining my life.
You are simply spending too much on time work tasks. If you really apply yourself you can easily increase the amount of time you spend on OzBargain.

I just wait for the daily email, and just go on once each morning. I'm still here today, which is not later than usual.
It's not like I've been just on ozbargain all day - I've got up to make coffee about 6 times… and I did have a big distraction looking at what the heck is an Echo that Amazon is selling and whether that is better than Google Home and whether I can return the light bulbs I just bought because I now need smart ones…When I was working I stopped coming to ozbargain for a while because it seemed like a disproportionate part of my life.
Now it's pretty much all I have.At least I buy stuff though!
