Keys are only available for members that are Level 2+.
Level 2 requires minimum 15 points that can be accumulated by community activity such as posting in forums and comments on posts.

15 points is too hard when your kid gets you up at 4am every morning then you finally get her back to sleep only to have to get ready to go to work, then of course you come home to an overtired child who won't willingly sleep
