          All 100 were the lowest prices while I compiled this list - except for 2 or 3 which were slightly cheaper from eBay sellers with inadequate status / feedback.

      Thanks for telling me. That is a crazy price increase - they still have 4 left - and I have just discovered a better deal on Amazon and amended accordingly. A perfect example of how you can't put your foot in the same river twice, especially Amazon.

          @beardiful: No. 44 BULOVA Accutron II Alpha Black 98A136 specifies it does ship to Australia for only US$4.87 which is included in $US$243.87 = NOW $314.07. It is my understanding the GST threshold is AU$1,000 which applies only to No. 100.

    I have the Accutron II Alpha in silver and it is fantastic. Unique and the sweeping second hand is mesmerising. As close as I'll get to a spring drive for a little while at least

        The Citizen Eco-Drive EO1164-54A. Prefer something equally understated/clean/classy. Don't know much re automatic vs. quartz, automatic is the most common? Metal ideally, silver or rose gold plated preferably. Budget of approx.. $200, cheaper the better obviously. Thanks a mill!

          That EO1164-54A has a 34mm case. Consider Nos. 01 and 03. After a week, if you can't get along with the strap, changing it is easy.
