That seems like a very good price.
i couldnt find out what is the actual product is..different from the silverpoint that i looked from google. does anyone now what the actual knife look like?
they are WUSTORF CLASSIC! not silverpoint which is $70.

many had pointed out the difference from previous posts.This is top of the range versus bottom of the range in this deal.
A little confusing…The main pic of the knife on the box has a bolster which would normally imply it's a forged knife, whereas the Silverpoint is a stamped knife and does not have a bolster. Still, seems like a good deal for Wusthof stamped knives
I was eyeing off the old set Costco had but seems to have been dropped. It was $299 and was the classic range.
From what I can tell the silver point is pretty much at the bottom as far as their knife series goes
I've seen this somewhere… probably one of the cooking stores for $100. So I guess still a good price?
If it’s the plastic handle it’s not worth paying a premium. Feels cheap and is not balanced in the hand.
The rivetted(?) handled ones are good.
The photos shown are Balck handles, so not the forged ones. The price sounds too good to be good.

Saw them at Costco in Docklands and Moorabbin.
These are the cheapest in the Wusthof range - cut from stainless steel plates, not forged, with synthetic texture molded handles.
They are nothing like the usual Wusthof quality that you find higher in their range.
Probably just about worth this discounted price.
The photo on the box shows forged knives, it seems unlikely that the product in the box is different (stamped). This may be a mis-price. More correctly, they have put the wrong label on the shelf.
