Yup, got scammed by your dodgy firm. Order number #29100193 (miniinthebox). My mistake was to trust and purchase 2 on the get go. The items came from Malaysia and they weren't even "fake" choetech chargers. They were just "no brand" that heats up badly. I doubt that it would pass ACCC guidelines.

@MiniInTheBox: Yup, one came in empty and the other heats up which isn't a choetech item I might add, it is a dodgy let's put this together and flog it off with no guidelines in making the charger safe in any way or form. Zero refund. Just got the palm off via paypal to send the item back (you have got to be kidding, the postage Australia Post would charge would be more than the worthless charger itself, or did you expect me to send you back the empty box?) PM does not allow the ozbargain community to see/read the dodginess that gets carried out. Your database should portray that zero refund was provided. I am gobsmacked that you cannot access such basic information. Just in case you "do not believe" things like this happen… Aussie papers "mate" or this. We take it seriously here with regards to chargers and don't toy around.
@18: By my understanding, we are not allowed to mail "fake/dodgy non approved" items back. Your address would be on the package when you send them back. I should have contacted paypal but another ozbargainer mentioned the circulation of them back would become your legal responsibility, so you are better off "binning" it and calling it a day.
@deal junkie: system just shows the refund is pending, i need double check again with you before i process it. and due to you opened a paypal claim, i can't directly process it. you need withdraw that first, and then i can continue process it for you.
@MiniInTheBox: It has been closed by paypal, you would see from the date of the transaction, paypal would not leave the case open till "today". Full of excuses… excuses… excuses…… buyers beware please! It is a little challenging to withdraw something that has been closed.
