How to Create a Touch Screen Pen?

I have a mobile game that I play on my iphone. It requires me to leave my finger on the screen for about 10 minutes each time.

Does anyone know of any DIY things I could do to leave something on the screen that will press the button for me?

You could try an AA battery, I think they're recognised by touch screens. Good to leave on your screen but not so much as a pointer!
