  • is there a coupon code please or how does it work? thank you

    • +1

No coupon code required, but will need debit/credit card details. Will only be charged 1 cent for card verification and will not be charged for the first box.

  • It also shows for me $7.95 for first box.

    • If it doesn’t show, try to subscribe on the link below BUT don’t complete the application ie, probably just complete until step 2 and close your browser. You will then be forwarded an email to say they will be giving you a first box free if you complete the sign up.

      • “We require your credit card details to validate your registration and charge for your 2nd box ($3.97) promotional offer. Don't worry you can cancel online anytime. There is no commitment.”

        • 2nd box is half price with this offer, first box is free so no charge. You can cancel before the 2nd box delivery and receive first box free as this is a weekly subscription thing

  • Not working

    • Did you try the second way

      • Yeah not succes😔

        • Screen shot?
Are you a new member to this?

        • I have just tested out with a second sign-up and it took a couple of hours for the email to arrive. Did you get yours?

        • @leockl: nope 👎🏿

        • @hurr1cane:
Hmm strange. Try this link below which I have updated on my post, slightly different address link to the previous one.

          http://www.harvestbox.com.au/RegNew/Your_Detail

And remember to check your junk inbox too in a couple of hours time.

  • How long does email take to arrive?

  • How many grams per box?

    • 160g

      • +1

$50 per kg?? That is nuts.

        • This is free! Or at least the first box

        • Sure, but it would take longer to order that free box and then cancel the subscription, than to actually eat it :)

          @redback:
After you signup, the account page will show the status of each weekly delivery. So once the first box shows it has been sent out, you can cancel without having to wait to receive the box first. See below:

  • Email came after about 4 hours:

We've just spotted that you almost registered with us recently, but not quite…
How about a FREE box to get you started? You're one click away from your healthier lifestyle!

    • Great, enjoy the nibbles!

I noticed the URL in the email was the same as itsfree: http://www.harvestbox.com.au/RegNew/?coupon=NONCC

I'm thinking everyone could just use that URL to signup directly? Rather than wait for the email to come.

        • +1

Yeah I guess you can. I was having trouble with loading that link onto my post earlier as it was saying that it’s a referral link.

Anyhow if you could do it, go ahead thks

  • 'Error Occured: Error Occured while processing your payment - Insufficient Funds'

    • There is a 1 cent charge for card verification which is essentially $0 and will not be charged for the first box. If you have a bank account for this sort of verification it’s best to usually have just a dollar or two in it.

      • I have 0.83 cents (:

        • That’s strange, when I did it yesterday my bank account showed up as 0 because of the rounding of $0.01.

Did you click on the link provided by the email that says free first box? You can also try the link ending with NONCC provided by itsfree and hamza23 in the comments above

        • @leockl: tried both

        • @Superninja418: I tried on a bank account which I have about a dollar or so in it and it worked!

Do people actually buy these? Would be a lot better value if you bought it all at Coles/Woolworths and just portioned it up

I just received a spam email sent to the unique email alias I used to sign up to Harvest Box. Very unhappy. And to think I just signed up 2 days ago — they seem like an untrustworthy outfit.

  • I ordered mine q min ago. Is it sent today or next Thursday?
Is there a confirmation email when it has been shipped?

    • I ordered mine a week ago, and it still says "Scheduled to be dispatched"

      • It says Thursday morning. I ordered at 1:00 pm. Is it sent today or next week?

        • I think next week

        • @itsfree:ok, buy how long to arrival if was sent today?

        • +1

@Superninja418: The site says rough guide:

          MELBOURNE: 2/3 business days
REGIONAL VIC, SYDNEY, ADELAIDE, CANBERRA, BRISBANE & HOBART: 3-4 business days
REST OF AUSTRALIA: 4-6 business days

      • +1

I ordered mine a week ago too and the first delivery was dated 29th March 2018 but this entry is now removed, so I guess once the delivery has been made, the entry with the corresponding delivery date in your account page gets removed

    • It says on the website that you need to order on the day before next days delivery. So if your delivery is on Thursday, the order needs to be finalise by Wednesday. If you sign up on a Thursday, your first box will be posted the following Thursday.

Looks like no email confirmation is sent out though.

  • Hi there,

We noticed that you signed up to Harvest Box via our First Box Free offer last week.

Regretfully, we have had to deactivate this deal. This is due to us being notified that it had been published online recently without Harvest Box's permission or approval. This offer is intended for customers who are genuinely interested in trying our ongoing subscription service, so unfortunately we have had to remove the incentive from our system for now.

Your free box has not been dispatched. We have also deleted your account and all associated details, including your payment information, from our system.

We are sincerely sorry for any inconvenience caused. If you have any concerns or questions at all, please don't hesitate to let us know.

That's pretty harsh. Genuine new subscribers are getting shafted too then. It's their way of saying "no freebie, gtfo".

      • +1

Yep. Didn’t expect much from a business with such a shitty website and/or privacy practices

    • +1

Yeah I agree, that’s a bit too harsh. They could have at least honoured those who signup from the link which says the first box free, and after that remove the link itself. By not honouring what was in their website, not sure if they are breaking any laws. Need to consult with the ABC’s Checkout show lol.

Anyhow, I did managed to get my box.

      • Huh that's odd. Anyway, good luck to them gaining potential customers with that attitude! (It's not like they make it easy to get the free box anyway)

        • +1

Yeah it wasn’t the best website to navigate around

    FYI email dated 03/05/18

    Hi there snacker,

Thank you for recently signing up to Harvest Box and for redeeming our First Box Free offer.

Unfortunately, we are actually bringing our weekly subscription service to a close today, so we have not been able to send your box — we're very sorry for any inconvenience this causes.

With our retail range going from strength to strength and with the challenges brought about by changes to Australia Post’s service, we feel it’s a positive decision and will enable the brand to grow :)

Regarding your account, address and card details, all information has been completely removed from our system, apart from your email address, as we’d love to keep in touch about special in-store offers and snack news. If you’d prefer not to hear from us, just reply to this email to let us know.

If you're still keen to try the healthy Harvest Box range, you can stock up online or from Coles dried fruit & nut aisle, as well as thousands more Australasian stores.

If you have any questions, please let us know.

    All the best,

    The Harvest Box Team

    • Lol as expected.
