By the way, is the top "quarter bun" different to the bottom "quarter bun"? Aren't they the same bun, simply divided into two parts? The antioxidants, preservatives and emulsifiers etc. appear to be mutually exclusive.

I saw a video (posted here in the past I think), where they walk through the factory 'proving' it's all beef - but not eyeballs, ears, testicles… If that really is accurate, you've got to congratulate McDonalds… Who else can take something that tastes so good in every other use, and make it taste closer to a chewy wet sock than beef.
What's the breakdown on the beef patty and the onion? Proportions of carb/protein/fat/vitamin/dietary fibre/cholesterol/salt/sugar and energy contents please.
I think if your concerned about health you just don't go to mc donalds, but hey good to know that the beef is actually beef

I actually kept an old cheap Microsoft phone just cos it had that app on for HJ.
There was a time a few years back where HJ explained they caught onto fake app (and ppl just screenshoting prize to claim again). I haven't been to HJ for long time. I will look into it whether they still have an app (and hopefully a hacked version) .

no worries.. Order number will appear in ur screen.. just wait at pick up counter when your number is called to collect.. if they ask just show ur mobile app..
not sure about Drive thru mate as i never tried that option..

Yeah, as above… They brag 100% beef, but they should be bragging how they make 100% beef taste nothing like beef. Quite an achievement that. I mean, why go out of their way to make it taste bad, when they could just leave it alone, cook it, and have it taste good!?
Has anyone been able to apply this at the drive thru using the code below the QR code? (So not doing a pre order). The one i went to had no idea about the app and said it had to be done at the front counter.
There is 4 digir code on screen with QR code.
I would quote that code to drive thru ordering.
If they are unsure how to manually enter code, then I would ask them to please check with manager.
Surely if the code can be entered into front counter cash register, it can also be entered into cash register at drive thru just the same.
That said, there is a specific term mentioned to use code "front counter or kiosk".
Yeah, i would have thought that if the front registers accept the code, the drive thru could as well.
I did speak to the manager as well, but she was hopeless and had no clue either. I gave up as there were cars waiting behind.
Wow, thats pretty bad when the manager has no idea .
Often the front counter staff have had to go get manager or someone more experienced to input codes or deals for me, but from my experience the manager has always been able to sort things out.
If its ever the code for 25% or 40% off etc, the managers can apply a staff discount if all else fails.
Most of the mamagers at maccaz are fairly easy going. I usually work out a solutions myself, then suggest it tp them. Eg. Wanted to order a few packets of shaker fries seasoning to make up $15 for the 40% deal recently, but shaker seasoning was showing out of stock in app. I asked for manager, explained the circumstance and said can I just order something else for $2 and give me the 4 shaker fries packets instead. (50 cents each).
Its wrong that the manager didn't know how to sort it out, but most of the time if you can work around a solution yourself, then suggest, they will be pretty easy going and happy to oblige:)
