Tried on at least 7 different bookings including the non-cheap fares and none works. Wonder if it works on any booking at all? Why are they making it so restrictive? Perhaps gimmick to collect personal data.

Nope does not work at least for Phuket or Bangkok on any date. FLYNOW however does work if your looking for a discount.
Check both the website and mobile app booking on scoot, the prices jump up and down.

Don't think you would miss anything going by the extremely restrictive nature of the 15% voucher. Wonder why give out a useless voucher?
Kinda regretting going with Scoot this time round to be honest. Somehow their system allows for charging of double baggage (ie. 25kg + 15kg), and yet only be allowed to take the lower of the two (ie. 15kg).
When I asked them about it, I was given a refund voucher instead, which is pretty pointless. Should have forked out the extra money and taken SQ instead.
My voucher took three days. Another membership done at much the same time was there in less than a couple of hours.
I rang the Scoot line to advise my voucher email had not arrived - I got a real person in less than five minutes. They politely and carefully confirmed what I was asking - it took a few tos and fros to get there with them. Their conclusion after checking with someone else was that my request would need be escalated and I would get a call back. The voucher turned up in my email three day later - no call back - call back was not necessary - a simple resend of the email when I first rang would have done. Meanwhile I had joined with another email and that voucher came pretty much immediately.
The 15% off voucher works for both flights I tried; SYD-ATQ - about A$41 off, and SIN-ATQ - about $21 off. Very good prices - even with adding luggage $40-$64, food $17, seat selection $9-$79, and credit card fee at A$10 per person per sector. Have read reviews of flight times moved majorly though - so wary.
Scoot prices do move alot. I was just sent a 40% off voucher for being an early member to this promo.

Guys for at least one trip it was cheaper to book separate one way tickets then a single return. The difference was around $25aud or 10% for that leg.

It's the Australia tax we all know and love. Scoot charge you less if it looks like you are flying to Australia rather than returning to it.
(profanity) these guys. Takes them a week to send the voucher. Then they expire the code one week before I want to use it…Morons, never flying with them again.

The voucher is account specific so it won't work for anyone else. Unfortunately my voucher didn't apply to my flight either. It seems to be very limited.
It's disappointing to read about all the hassles people have with this promo.. perhaps the authorities should investigate into the conduct of this airline?

So i decided to try this and the promo code does not even work for the exact flight they are trying to get me to book. Bait advertising much?
Don't bother with this. 15% voucher only applies to one passenger on booking and does not allow you to pay with Poli. When paying with credit card they charge a $20 fee per passenger which ended up being more than the voucher discount. Total rubbish!

Further, there areno visible blackout dates to know when you can/cannot actually use it.
Scoot should be banned from issuing vouchers or codes that have extreme limited usage.
