Pixel or Pixel2
1st model.
With the amount of issues I've had on this phone, I'd recommend passing unless you got local warranty.
What problems have you had?
I think the problems were to do with non-working microphones. It was widespread enough that they were hit with a lawsuit.

Yep microphone initially, but when they sent me a replacement. Now call quality is poor (not carrier issue) and phone randomly restarts (especially when I'm transferring files from PC).
I cant send it off for a replacement as I need a phone and it'll take 2 weeks for process to complete.
Would have been great if it was the XL
Would have been great if it was the 2 XL that came with a bonus JB hifi gift card + Google home mini + Aiaiai pipe earphones + international calling + whatever the hell else :)
Pixel 2 xl is roughly 240 over 2 years on Telstra deal.
How do people think like that? You can get the same plan as Telstra with sum1 else for half the price i.e kogan and buy the phone outright. Saving like $500+
Yea, this is the problem, is with someone else…. Save money but can't use your phone in certain areas.
How do people think Kogan reselling access to Vodafone network comparable to the Telstra network?
I’ve tried Kogan, network speeds are often like 3G where I live. That is when you are getting reception.
Which deal are you talking about? $59p/m one?
Yep plus Google home mini.
The Telstra deal is great value as long as you stay on contract for the two years. Most other carriers/resellers have abolished early termination fees - Telstra charges you a $700 ETC fee.
