I've had two (Kong and single) for 3+ years now and still in good shape and firm.
Damn. I saw is as 50% off and exicited for seconds. Is it a bargain?
Had mine for 4 years now, still firm. Pillow still decent too. Can't remember what I paid but definitely more than this. This seems like a good price.
What do you think of the pillow? Is it worth $95? Do you find it very high?
Pillow definitely not too high. Can't go back to a normal poly fill pillow. These are so much more supportive. $95 for one or two? Description doesn't say much, but some pics show two. $95 for two is a bargain, for one hrmmmm…
Yes, I’ve seen memory foam pillows for half that and I couldn’t say they were any worse.
@wfdTamar: The Ergoflex pillow were sold for $80 on eBay before, judging by sales history. Bit reluctant to spend $94 now. So hard to find good value when everyone is so deceptive with their pricing.
Have you alternated sides on the mattress many times over that 4 years?
Do you mean flip it over? These mattresses are layered so there's only one top facing surface. It's recommended to rotate them 180 degrees every few months.
If you mean alternate sleeping sides, then I sleep in the middle of the mattress…
I've had one of these for about half a year. It's pretty good, happy with purchase, but it gets a bit warm.
Bear in mind though they have these "sales" very regularly.
Only offer a 30 day trial period. Many others offer 100 day trial period.
At least I can try sleep comfortably… alone… in my single memory foam mattress…
I got a Queen & 2 pillows 5 years ago ($1127 delivered) and they're fine still. I do alternate sides each night as I (sob) don't have anyone to share it with. It is warmer than a normal mattress and that seems to be the main reason for complaints about memory foam. Also some people cant get used to how they feel, but I looove mine. The pillows are quite firm and low, but because you sink into the mattress a bit they seem to work.
The mattress is quite unwieldy once you get to the bigger sizes so if you need to move it - it's a lump. If you sleep in a very cold room you may be prone to mildew underneath and need to air the bottom (I find this in Tassie unless I heat the room overnight). Same applies to any mattress, but these are harder to lift up (I tilt it against the wall to air);
Worth getting the protectors too as if you spill a cup o' tea on it you'd never get it out. They don't feel at all like the old 'rubber anti wee sheets'
Don't worry, married life is overrated!
After a few years, will this remain firm?
Waiting for a 10% off eBay site wide sale.
Here is another option worth mentioning:
