[Refunded] What happend to Warehouse 1? (Warehouse1 Liquidated)

Hi Ozbargainers,

Anyone knows what happened to ebay seller Warehouse_1? Bought a Ironwolf 6TB from them during last deal, they sent me a 4TB version. Initially the contact was still smooth, and they arranged a return and promised to re-send the correct one. However, now they have received the replacement, they stopped communicating.

I tried to call their shop in Dockland, Vic, but it didnt go through. I just want to know whether they are liquidated or just not responding?

      That's a bummer. When the deals from the place first popped up, I confused it with wireless1.

      After I realised they wernt the same, I just thought they were ripping off their name

    Thanks guys for the info. Submitted resolution to ebay. Let's see what they can do. Sheer bad luck. :)

    If you used your credit card as a paypal funding source immediately file a chargeback theough your credit card as goods not received. This is a more secure way of getting your money back. It takes a little longer however your money will come back 99.99999% of the time.

    Yep long gone! Did get a good deal on a Samsung monitor from them in 2016 though!

    Their other store, IT Madness is still operating. Best to avoid that one at all costs.

    Yep .. I got screwed on a order.. still waiting for my refund

    i also have refund issue with this seller.
    I paid with my credit card and the bank request me to get a signed agreement from the seller.
    Now I have no idea how to get my money back.
    Please let me know if ur problem is solved.

        Thank you for your reply and its so good to have ur payment refunded.
        EBAY refused to help me with this as I paied with my credit card. The bank request a signed agreement to refund from the seller to cancel my payment. I think I would be able to have my money back.
