Gone are the dark crests that had me deaf..

      • It's gonna be a bright soundshiny day.

  • "The bass boost feature is neat, but it has a distracting hiss and isn't as good as Poweramp's equalizer. Works as intended though. If the static could be fixed it would be an easy five stars."
    ?

    True or false?

Also, does it work when streaming blutooth or only via plugged in headphones?

    • Somewhat true, it's not that noticeable really, plus it's free.

Works over Bluetooth in my car with Spotify just fine.

Just a note, loudness booster doesn't always work, depends on phone, S8 here it works a bit, works a lot better if you disable SoundAlive and Adapt Sound although you need root for that.

If.you have root, you may aswell grab ViperFX or something similar it works better/more customisable.

      • Cheers, installed it, doesn't seem to work with pandora?

        • The app store page says it does, try different presets and bass see if it changes.

Volume decreases with higher bass fyi.

        • @athk: Yeah tried al that. I'll send them a message and see if they have any clues.

  • Does anyone know of anything with a working compressor? I've never find anything which could lower the dynamic range of my tablet/tv.

If you are rooted then Viper4Android has working compressor and more, if not rooted I'm yet to see an equalizer that does this.

V4a is the best had on my other rooted phones, very notable differences.

        Cbf rooting my mate 9

  • I've used this, works well though isn't always reliable. For example, sometimes I switch it on and off using my Bluetooth headphones and it doesn't activate. Restarting the apps works but not all the time.

  • Y device not compatible?

Thanks for this. I use the regular version and forget about it as it runs in the background and im used to its sound.

I have no idea what the pro version does better but the app works well. I know what.
