Prey 2017 was great. Fans of Arkane's Dishonored will not be disappointed, this is as polished and open-ended, if not more so.
A real thinking man's shooter that harkens back to System Shock 2, with a retro-Sci Fi aesthetic like BioShock; the setting and the story are superb and the soundtrack by our own Mick Gordon (Doom 2016, Wolfenstein: TNO) is suitably epic. Apparently a lot of concepts from the cancelled The Crossing ended up in Prey as well.
There are an infinite number of Neuromod combinations and approaches to each enemy/challenge, so that no two playthroughs can be the same, or even close.
Plus the intro is a real mindfck and floating around in outer space never gets old.
