Credit card balance transfer offers

I have 10k zero interest balance in Westpac, ends in April, need to move that amount elsewhere till Westpac sends me yet another invitation. Last time it was Amex, they do not have zero transfer and annual fees deal any more. What is now on the market? I can only see Woolworths with zero transfer fee and zero annual fee for the first year, BoM wants 1% for transfer but hopefully ozbargainers can point me to others. Thanks.
