Buyer beware.

Purchased a refurb from Sony before (this exact store).

TV came with stratches all over the screen, as if a kid took a pen to the front of a 55". Not noticeable while in use but definitely noticeable when TV is off. Stand also had dried watermarks all over it (had been wet or wiped with a sloppy towel.

Cosmetic damage was not covered for returns.

Just my experience.

Managed to get the KD55X7000D (the previous model) on Friday through the Sony eBay store for $676 with the PICK5 code, though they only had 3 in stock. Still a great price for this TV though!

DONT BUY FROM SONY ebay. Bought a camera, 50% of tye time it doesnt recognise the sd card. Cost $850 really annoyed and tge dispute has been ongoing for more than 6 months. SoNY EBAY ARE USELESS!
