I've had the black one for a couple of years and it still looks like new, the light is pretty bright and the arm is easy to adjust. Another good thing with this one is you can either plug into the USB port on your laptop/PC (or Mac) or a power point with the included adaptor. The weight is light and easy to move around. $9 is only for the black or white ones but I guess it don't matter if it's black or white!
