As the Assassins Creed II deal this is only available if you use a VPN with Chinese IP address.
In fact, you need to use this BEFORE you access the link as otherwise it will not take you to the game page.

Note: Apparently the game is in Chinese language. However, you might try the following:
Solution 1:
Download a English installer (grey zone here as you technically already own the game) of the game and install it. Do not use any modified files.
uPlay will recognise the game and transfer the serial of the Chinese copy to the downloaded copy.
Solution 2:
Change the value of "language" in REG_DWORD of registry's
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Ubisoft\Might & Magic Heroes VII from
whatever language code there is to 419, or en_US.
This might not work due to lack of English language packs but if it does not, try downloading English language packs, put them in the right directory, and then change the registry value.
I have not checked either of the solutions but know that some people have tried them and the first one definitely worked for them.
