DWI cancel order and fees

Hi,

I purchased something from DWI and realised that their online website charged more than their eBay site.

I was thinking of cancelling the order and re-ordering via eBay. However, I used PayPal and was charged the surcharge fee on their website. If I cancel the order, does anyone know if they will refund the full amount?

Also, does the eBay site use standard shipping or priority shipping. The website gives these two options, but on eBay, it's just referred to as "expedited shipping".
