  • Is this genuine? Seems too good a deal for a VPN. Any feedback welcome as I am just about to pull the trigger.

It would be nice if there is any free time to check out the connections. Netflix Japan just block all free VPNs I have tried.

  • I have this VPN and US Netflix does work on server "us-stream.vpnunlimitedapp.com"

  • Where do you enter the code?

    • Add to cart then click checkout enter promo code.

      • I'm blind - missed the "promo code?" link :P Thanks

Purchased… But when I try to redeem the code I get "INVALID_DB_CONNECTION". I'm too tired for this…

        • i am getting the same error :-(

        • email them with your problem here. [email protected]

        • @xiangdao: Using the chat support thing now, will let you know what happens.

        • @Psike: Thanks. Will try that

        • @xiangdao: Yeah, apparently a known issue, they are working to fix it - they will apply the code for you when its fixed if you use the chat (and email you when its done) :)

        • @Psike: Thanks for sharing. I've already pinged them. Will sit back and wait then.

      • Works smoothly with sony liv as well.

    • got it for the same purpose, lets see how it works ;)

    • Will this let you access the IPL?

  • Bought,
Thanks op, will try it out

  • I am hoping this is not a scam. I bought it and also get the INVALID DB message.

I would advise all other OB's thinking about it to hold fire

Anyone know if I can use this in China to access GMAIL and Google maps?

  • Good price. Have been using VPN Unlimited for the past year and a half, haven't had any issues with it.

    • Don't you get sick of the upgrade offers that seem to pop up every week? That really annoyed mr.

I bought one of these a year ago, works OK, not particularly fast but it suits my needs.

  • I did the 3 day trial for a couple $ and the speeds were good but it randomly dropped out at times and it would have trouble to reconnect even after clicking the desired location again.

  • UPDATE: working fine now, and good level of comms from the staff there. Looks like this will bode well for the future!

Does this work with netflix US so you can chromecast it?

    • No unless there's a split tunnel VPN option. When younuse a normal VPN all traffic from your device goes straight to.their VPN server, so you can't access otjer devices on your local network (emg. Chromecast, msdia server, etc).

I've had them for over 2.5yrs, but the connection is quite slow. Great for browsing as they a large selection of servers. But I switched my backup vpn to Ivacy as they were quicker and they have a funky Split Tunnel option, which allows younto select which apps use the VPN. So for BNC i coukd tunnel the bbc iPlayer via the vpn, but still cast my screen to the TV. It was also about 3 times quicker to download show for offline.

Basically good for A backup VPN. But Ivacy is only $us30 lifetime, whi h I think is a better option.

    • Does Ivacy let you access US/UK Netflix?

      • +1

No idea sorry. I don't trust any claims about Netflix, they may work for a bit, but Netflix tends to swat them down.

I see dns4me claim to have US/UK working again (& Getflix US). At least with SmartDNS your whole network can do the Netflix region and there's no vpn slowdown.

        • Cheers - will look into those.

    • Yeah, Ivacy does look like a decent deal.
It's here BTW if anyone is interested: https://stacksocial.com/sales/ivacy-lifetime-subscription (ends 4PM tomorrow though)

I got the db error but was fixed after emailing them, took about 45 mins.. all seems to work and speed test of around 25mbs download speeds

  • Just bought it, working fine on both my PC and Android TV
