Because that was the first day it was introduced of randomly assigned deals.
It was after that we found out the internal story.
So what? I got trapped on day 1 of the change from System Wide deals to randomly assigned offers.
If it was not me, it would have been someone else here to go through the same thing to work out something had changed.

Because it's not Targeted, it has been reported if you care to look.

The annoying thing with these posts, is everyone is different, no one know how Maccas has assigned these deals, but if I get 2 different offers using the same Maccas account on 2 different phones, it has to be random.
For our sake it only has another week left to run before Maccas decides what to change it to next. Good luck for the next sorry person to go through what I did on day one of the change.
It's like posting daily "Shake your phone for the latest Hungry Jacks item" hence why they shouldn't be posted, it's not targeted, it's randomly selected.
BTW I have 3 phones, different uses between personal, work, emergency 24/7.
A portion of customers will be offered a personalised reward based on their past purchases, while others will see a generic offer as they do today.
That means it's targeted.
There are many different offers, so posting a single offer is not Targeted, that was the offer that was sent to them randomly.
So do we now go ahead and create 10 different deals/postings here everyday for every deal reported to have been offered as Targeted?
Maybe that's what everyone should do to make the point, Post a separate Deal if you have been offered something not already posted in the Title as Targeted.

The simple fact is, the change has been made by Maccas, people get random deals, so either you need to accept that and there will be separate posts per Titled offer (as per the rules) or you need to address the situation.
The Op was informed on their previous post what had been changed, but continued to post.

Again, it's not ideal but for consistency like Woolworths or Flybuys deals they can be posted separately. As before, we are trying to source the list of deals and we'd ask McDonalds but eh don't want to get legally threatened again (see thumbnail).

For clarity, there would be 1 to 5 deals per day as per this image. I would like us to get a copy of the deal sheet and ideally post it daily (or when the 1st McDonalds deal is posted to tack on the other 4). However, without this information and for consistency people are welcome to post 5 deals daily. I'd suggest if it bothers you to block targeted deals or better McDonalds deals until the promotion has ceased on February 14.
