These come up on ozb sometimes for USD$6-7. You could have saved yourself a couple of dollars and splurged at the dollar store. It's an OK price.

Spend couple dollars more and get the square version. It has an additional pressure sensor.

    • Thanks r0nmac. Good to know. I have never used this product before.

    • Haven’t seen any deals lately on those ones

    • +2

The square one also uses more common CR2032 cells which should also last longer.

      • This one uses the CR2032 as well.

        • Powered by 1 x 3V CR1632 button battery

        • +1

@Dezeption: I opened mine up last night and it is CR2032. Maybe they've changed it.

Good price, but if wanting to wait might be able to get for 5.99 to 6.99 usd delivered.

  • So u can't use it without the xiaomi gateway?

    • +1

      That's right

      • Booooo :(

      • But the OP says that it can be. I'm confused.

        • Where? The last line of the post says:

Notes: This item must match the Xiaomi multifunctional gateway to use

      • From the Aqua Zigbee deal, the Zigbee version still needs gateway anyway. Are they the same gateway?
